Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability, Likuidity, and Capital Structure on Firm Value on minning companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014-2018. The research sample consisted of 16 companies with a total of 80 research data. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. The hypothesis testing method used is multiple regression analysis. The method of data collection is done by means of library research, which is collecting data from some information obtained about theories related to the problem obtained. Some data and information sources needed for this research were obtained from books, journals, research reports obtained, searches on the internet and from other sources. The result showed that the Profitability had a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Likuidity and Capital Structure have no effect on Firm Value. Keywords: Firm Value, Profitability, Likuidity, Capital Structure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2014-2018. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 16 perusahaan dengan total 80 data penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu pengumpulan data-data dari beberapa informasi yang diperoleh mengenai teoriteori yang yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Beberapa sumber data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, laporan penelitian terdahulu, penelusuran di internet dan dari sumber-sumber lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas dan Struktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Struktur Modal.
