Abstract
Along with developments in Indonesia, the existing standards for earthquake resistance planning procedures for building structures currently need to be updated and developed to keep up with existing technological developments so that an analysis is carried out on the effect of changing earthquake maps on the Urban Signature Apartment building. Therefore, this final project discusses analyzing the core wall structure of the Urban Signature Apartment building based on SNI 1726-2019 regulations. In its implementation, preliminary structural calculations are carried out first and then analyzed using the Etabs 2017 software. While the loading follows ASCE 7-10 and SNI 1727: 2013, the calculated loads are dead load, live load and earthquake load. From the results of the design carried out, it can be concluded that in the planning of a building structure consisting of 28 floors in risk zone two, which means Soft Soil (SE) (Ss = 0.861 g and S1 = 0.407 g) using a special moment-bearing frame system (SRPMK) and a special structural wall system (SDSK), in which the cross sections of beams, columns as well as plate thickness and shear walls are obtained. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis of structural behavior, results that meet the requirements are obtained, namely checking the fundamental period that does not experience deviations, namely mode 1 and mode 2 which are mutually dominant in translation in the x and y directions above 90 percent, the deviation between floors that occurs has exceeded the permit value, effect P -The delta of the structure is not affected by P-delta, the torsional irregularity is absent, and the frame analysis checks can bear above 25% lateral forces. Seiring dengan perkembangan di Indonesia, Standar yang ada untuk tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa bagi struktur bangunan gedung saat ini perlu diperbarui dan dikembangkan untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang ada sehingga dilakukan analisis terhadap pengaruh perubahan peta gempa terhadap bangunan Apartemen Urban Signature. Oleh karena itu dalam tugas akhir ini dibahas menganalisis struktur core wall pada bangunan Apartemen Urban Signature berdasarkan peraturan SNI 1726-2019. Dalam pelaksanaanya dilakukan perhitungan preliminary struktur terlebih dahulu kemudian dianalisis mnggunakan software Etabs 2017. Sedangkan pembebanan mengikuti ASCE 7-10 dan SNI 1727:2013, beban yang diperhitungkan adalah beban mati, beban hidup dan beban gempa. Dari hasil pendesainan yang dilakukan bisa disimpulkan bahwa dalam perencanaan struktur gedung yang terdiri dari 28 lantai pada zona resiko dua yang artinya Tanah Lunak (SE) (Ss = 0,861 g dan S1 = 0,407 g )dengan menggunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK) dan system dinding structural khusus (SDSK), yang mana didapatkan penampang balok, kolom maupun tebal pelat dan dinding geser. Sedangkan dari hasil analisa perilaku struktur diperoleh hasil yang memenuhi persyaratan diantaranya yaitu pengecekan periode fundamentalyang tidak mengalami penyimpangan yaitu mode 1 dan mode 2 yang saling dominan translasi pada arah x dan y diatas 90 persen, simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi telah mebihi nilai izin, efek P-delta dari struktur tidak dipengaruhi oleh P-delta, ketidakberaturan torsi bahwa tidak ada, dan pengecekan analisa frame dapat memikul diatas 25% gaya lateral.
