Abstract
Poris Station (PI) is a class III / Small train station located in Poris Gaga, Batuceper, Tangerang. This station is included in the Operation Area 1 Jakarta. Poris Station later received the spotlight due to complaints from local residents due to the severe congestion that occurred due to activities at Poris Station and the local government planning to relocate Poris Station. Therefore, it is very important to know how the current condition of Poris Station is and the level of satisfaction of train service users with Poris Station services. This study uses a field survey method by making direct observations at the station to evaluate the condition of the Poris Station which will be compared with the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 48 of 2015 concerning Drinking Service Standards for People By Train at Stations and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 29 of 2011 concerning Technical Requirements for Railway Station Buildings. As well as distributing questionnaires about Poris Station services directly to train service users at Poris Station. The evaluation results show that the platform width at Poris Station needs to be increased to a minimum width of 3.9 meters. The total average value of the quality of the performance level at the Station is (Good) with a weighting of 3.41 with the highest score of 5 and for the level of satisfaction at Poris Station is (Satisfied) with a weighting of 3.40 from the highest score of 5. Keywords: SPM, Station, Platform, Train, Station Performance, Passenger Satisfaction Stasiun Poris (PI) merupakan stasiun kereta api kelas III/Kecil yang terletak di Poris Gaga, Batuceper, Tangerang. Stasiun ini termasuk dalam Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta. Stasiun Poris bealakangan mendapat sorotan karena keluhan warga sekitar akibat kemacetan parah yang terjadi akibat aktivitas yang terjadi di Stasiun Poris hingga pemerintah setempat merencanakan pemindahan Stasiun Poris. Oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi Stasiun Poris saat ini dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa kereta api terhadap pelayanan Stasiun Poris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei lapangan dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di stasiun untuk mengevaluasi kondisi Stasiun Poris yang akan dibandingkan dengan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 48 tahun 2015 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minumum Angkutan Orang Dengan Kereta Api di Stasiun dan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 29 tahun 2011 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Bangunan Stasiun Kereta Api. Serta melakukan penyebaran kuesioner tentang pelayanan Staisun Poris secara langsung kepada pengguna jasa kereta api di Stasiun Poris. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa lebar peron di Stasiun Poris perlu ditingkatkan minimal selebar 3.9 meter. Rata – rata total nilai kualitas tingkat kinerja di Staisun yaitu (Baik) dengan bobot nilai 3.41 dengan skor tertinggi 5 dan untuk tingkat kepuasan di Stasiun Poris yaitu (Puas) dengan bobot nilai 3.40 dari skor tertinggi 5.
