Abstract
Waste is residual material or waste originating from technological processes or natural processes in which its existence is not beneficial to the environment and has no economic value. Examples of waste case studies in particular, such as plastic waste commonly found in the community, the longer the plastic that has not been used is also increasing which of course is a problem of environmental pollution. Plastic type of HDPE turns out to be an ingredient for making products that have advantages. But so far there are still many people who do not know that HDPE plastic waste can be processed into useful products and have a sale value. Therefore it is expected that there is a problem resolution that can handle the problem. This sleep lamp product is very suitable as an application of HDPE plastic waste materials. Where sleep lighting products are often used by middle and upper class people as lighting during sleep and also as room decoration. Keywords: Waste, HDPE Plastic Waste, Sleep lamp Limbah adalah material sisa atau buangan yang berasal dari proses teknologi maupun proses alam dimana kehadirannya tidak bermanfaat bagi lingkungan dan tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis. Contoh studi kasus mengenai limbah khususnya, seperti Limbah plastik yang banyak di temukan di lingkungan masyarakat, semakin lama plastik yang sudah tidak terpakai juga semakin bertambah yang tentu saja menjadi masalah dalam pencemaran lingkungan Plastik jenis hdpe ternyata dapat dijadikan sebuah material pembuatan produk yang memiliki keunggulan. Namun selama ini masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui bahwa limbah plastik hdpe dapat diolah menjadi produk berguna dan memiliki nilai jual. Oleh karena itu diharapkan ada penyelesaian masalah yang dapat menangani masalah tersebut. Produk lampu tidur di rasa sangat cocok sebagai pengaplikasian material limbah plastik hdpe. Dimana produk lampu tidur sering dipakai masyarakat kalangan menengah dan keatas sebagai penerangan saat tidur dan juga sebagai dekorasi ruangan. Kata Kunci : Limbah, Limbah Plastik HDPE,Lampu tidur
