Abstract
A construction project requires good control and scheduling that it can be completed on time. However, in the implementation of cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile and spunpile piling work on subgrade of the Karawang station, the controlling did not get enough attention, such as the realization of the materials that were not in accordance with the plan. This resulted in the remaining material that was incompatible with the remaining piling area resulting in delays in erecting the cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile and spunpile subgrade due to re-management and material procurement due to lack of control in the cfg piling process (cement fly-ash gravel ) subgrade pile and spunpile. Re-planning the use of the remaining material is required to complete the rest of the work of piling the cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile and spunpile subgrade. Rescheduling also needs to be done to complete the cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile and spunpile subgrade work. Rescheduling is carried out using the Microsoft project program to get an effective and efficient cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile and spunpile erection plan and control planning both in the material taking process to the erection so that the same mistakes do not happen again. The results obtained in this study are the results of material requirements when compared with the remaining material at the 7 meter spunpile bottom and 10 meter spunpile bottom, the need is greater than the remaining material as many as 116 and 278 pieces, while in the spunpile middle 10 meters the need is less than remaining material as much as 476 pieces. On rescheduling using Microsoft Project by paying attention to the condition of the material available in the field, getting the completion date of the cfg pile and spunpile piling work is December 21, 2020 so that it has increased by 51 days. Remaining Material cannot be used completely after rescheduling. In the 10 meters spunpile middle, 476 pieces of material remain which require follow-up for the remaining material. Key words: piling work, re-scheduling, microsoft project. Suatu proyek konstruksi memerlukan adanya pengendalian dan penjadwalan yang baik agar dapat selesai tepat waktu. Namun pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemancangan cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile dan spunpile subgrade stasiun Karawang meskipun telah direncanakan perencanaan pekerjaan namun dalam pengendaliannya kurang mendapat perhatian seperti realisasi penggunaan material yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan adanya sisa material yang tidak sesuai dengan sisa area pemancangan hingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan pekerjaan pemancangan cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile dan spunpile subgrade yang dikarenakan pengelolaan kembali serta pengadaan material akibat kurangnya pengendalian pada proses pemancangan cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile dan spunpile subgrade. Perencanaan ulang penggunaan material yang tersisa diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan sisa pekerjaan pemancangan cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile dan spunpile subgrade. Penjadwalan ulang juga perlu dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile dan spunpile subgrade. Penjadwalan ulang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program Microsoft project untuk mendapatkan perencanaan pekerjaan pemancangan cfg (cement fly-ash gravel) pile dan spunpile yang efektif dan efisien serta perencanaan pengendalian baik pada proses pengambilan material hingga pemancangan agar kesalahan yang sama tidak terulang kembali. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan material jika dibandingan dengan sisa material pada spunpile bottom 7 meter dan spunpile bottom 10 meter kebutuhan lebih besar dari sisa material yang ada sebanyak 116 buah dan 278 buah sedangkan pada spunpile middle 10 meter kebutuhan lebih sedikit dibandingkan sisa material sebanyak 476 buah. Pada penjadwalan ulang menggunakan microsoft project dengan memperhatikan kondisi material yang tersedia di lapangan didapatkan tanggal penyelesaian pekerjaan pemancangan cfg pile dan spunpile adalah 21 Desember 2020 sehingga mengalami keterlambatan sebesar 51 hari. Sisa material spunpile tidak dapat digunakan seluruhnya setelah dilakukan penjadwalan ulang. Pada spunpile middle 10 meter tersisa material sebanyak 476 buah yang memerlukan tindak lanjut untuk sisa material tersebut. Kata kunci: pemancangan, penjadwalan ulang, microsoft project.
