Abstract

Utilization of plants for human life has been done thousands of years ago. Some indoor plants can improve air quality in the room by flowing air to the root area of the plant. Conducting the design of the product container plant with the method of making use of a 3D printer to prototype products that can produce air flow into the root area of the plant. This container plant product is one part of the utilization of plants for human life. The result is air can flow to the root area of the plant so plants can work in improving the quality of air in the room. Keywords: Design, Containers, Plants, Flow, Air. Pemanfaatan tanaman untuk kehidupan manusia sudah dilakukan ribuan tahun lalu. Beberapa tanaman indoor dapat meningkatkan kualitas udara didalam ruang dengan cara mengalirkan udara ke area akar tanah tanaman. Melakukan proses perancangan produk wadah tanaman dengan metode pembuatan menggunakan 3D Printer untuk prototipe produk yang dapat menghasilkan aliran udara ke dalam area akar tanah tanaman. Produk wadah tanaman ini menjadi salah satu bagian dari pemanfaatan tanaman untuk kehidupan manusia. Hasilnya udara dapat mengalir ke area akar tanah tanaman sehingga tanaman dapat bekerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas udara didalam ruang. Kata Kunci: Desain, Wadah, Tanaman, Aliran, Udara
