Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, transactional leadership and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment at PT. Bintang Chemical Indonesia. Population in this research is 60 employees of PT. Bintang Chemical Indonesia. The sample used is 60 employees. The methods data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This research proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transactional leadership has no significant effect on organizational commitment. Perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transaksional dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Bintang Chemical Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT. Bintang Chemical Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 60 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
