Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and profitability (ROE) on firm value (Tobins Q). This research method uses panel data regression analysis by testing the test hypothesis f, coefficient of determination and t test. The population in this study amounted to 45 mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a research period of 2013-2017. The research sample is 30 data from the annual report of 6 mining sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which were taken using the purposive sampling method. Data retrieval is done by downloading the annual report on the official IDX website, www.idx.co.id. The results of research using Eviews software version 9 indicate that the Corporate Social Responsibility variable does not affect the Firm Value. While the Profitability variable has a significant effect on Company Value. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD), Profitability and Corporate Value (Tobin’s Q). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility disclosure dan profitabilitas (ROE) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobins Q). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi data panel dengan pengujian pada hipotesis uji f, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan sektor pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode penelitian tahun 2013-2017. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan 30 data dari laporan tahunan 6 perusahaan sektor pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengunduh laporan tahunan di situs resmi BEI yaitu www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan software Eviews versi 9 menunjukkan bahwa variabel Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD), Profitabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin’s Q).
