Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Size of Firm, and Risk on Dividend Policy. This study take 10 firms of agricultural sub sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2011-2016. This study tests hypothesis that Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Size of Firm, and Risk has partially significant positive effects on Dividend Policy. In the regression analysis , it is found that Risk has statistically significant positive effects on Dividend Policy; while Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, and Size of Firm has statistically not significant effects on Dividend Payout Ratio. Thus, Risk is functioning as the key determinant of Dividend Policy firms of agricultural sub sector in Indonesian. Key Word: Dividend Policy, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Size of Firm, Risk Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Risiko terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), untuk periode tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2016. Penelitian ini mempunyai hipotesis bahwa Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Risiko secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi ditemukan bahwa Risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen; sedangkan Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Oleh karena itu, Risiko merupakan faktor penentu Kebijakan Dividen pada perusahaan-perusahaan sub sektor perkebunan di Indonesia.
