Abstract
This study aims to examine and examine the effect of financial performance, corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on firm value. The data used in this research is secondary data. This research data was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and IICG institutions. The object of this study is that all companies go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and are included in the CGPI ranking given by IICG for the 2012-2015 period. Based on purposive sampling method, obtained 30 companies as samples during 2012-2016. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 20, where the dependent variable is the company's value (measured by Tobin’s Q), and the independent variables are ROE, CSR, and CGPI. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Financial performance affects the value of the company. 2. Corporate Social Responsibility affects the value of the company. 3. Good Corporate Governance not affects the value of the company Keywords: Financial Performance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance,Value of the companies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kinerja keuangan, corporate social responsibility dan good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data penelitian ini diambil dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan lembaga IICG. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan termasuk dalam peringkat CGPI yang diberikan oleh IICG periode 2012-2016. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 30 perusahaan sebagai sampel selama tahun 2012-2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20, dimana variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan (diukur dengan Tobin’s Q), dan variabel independennya adalah ROE, CSR, dan GCG. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Kata kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, Nilai Perusahaan.
