Abstract
This research shows that we all have realized the need for clean air and globally have regulated exhaust emissions from air pollution, so electric vehicles have emerged. But this phenomenon has an impact on belt companies that supply parts for CVT gasoline-powered automatic scooters because the majority of electric motors no longer need a belt as a drive transfer from the engine to the wheel. Simulated with a dynamic model for the projection of the next 20 years from 2019 to 2039, with two scenarios, namely COVID-19 and if the government's policy target of 20% of the motorbike market switches to electricity in 2025, then gradually increases to 30% in 2035. PT XYZ as a belt supplier with an 85% market share in Indonesia, will get a net profit of 50% if this scenario is achieved until 2039 became around 131 billion per year, previously with the no-scenario model it was projected to get a net profit of around 221 billion. Maybe if the demand for electric motorbikes is more than what the government has targeted, it is likely that the two-wheeled automotive belt business could be threatened in the next 15 - 20 years. Meanwhile, the largest Expense is the cost of imported materials, reaching 65% of the total cost of Expenses consisting of Salary Expenses (Salary Expense), total training costs, cost of sales, total loss costs, material costs, and Operating overhead Recommendations that business can survive, companies can reduce material costs by developing local materials, and help shape the automotive belt use ecosystem by working with automotive manufacturers. Keywords: CVT, Dynamic System, Automatic Scooter, Electric Motorcycle, Electric Vehicle Penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa kita semua telah menyadari Akan kebutuhan udara bersih dan secara global sudah mengatur emisi gas buang dari polusi udara, maka bermunculan kendaraan listrik. Tetapi fenomena ini berdampak pada perusahaan belt yang mensuplai part untuk CVT motor skuter otomatis bertenaga bensin, dikarenakan mayoritas motor listrik sudah tidak membutuhkan belt sebagai transfer penggerak dari mesin ke roda. Disimulasikan dengan model dinamis untuk proyeksi 20 tahun mendatang dari 2019 sampai 2039, dengan dua skenario yaitu COVID-19 dan jika target kebijakan pemerintah pada 20% pasar motor beralih ke tenaga listrik pada tahun 2025, kemudian bertahap naik sampai 30% pada tahun 2035. PT XYZ selaku supplier belt dengan pangsa pasar 85% di Indonesia, mendapatkan net profit yang turun 50% jika skenario tersebut tercapai sampai tahun 2039 menjadi 131 miliaran per tahun, yang sebelumnya dengan model tanpa skenario di proyeksikan bisa mendapatkan net profit sekitar 221 miliaran per tahun. Bahkan mungkin jika permintaan motor listrik lebih banyak dari yang pemerintah targetkan, maka besar kemungkinan bisnis belt otomotif untuk roda dua bisa terancam pada kurun waktu 15 – 20 tahun ke depan. Sementara pengeluaran terbesar ada pada biaya material import mencapai 65% dari total keseluruhan biaya pengeluaran yang terdiri dari Pengeluaran Gaji (Salary Expense), Total biaya training, Biaya Penjualan (Cost of sales), Total biaya loss, biaya material, Operating Overhead. Rekomendasi agar bisnis bisa bertahan maka perusahaan bisa melakukan penurunan pada biaya material dengan mengembangkan material lokal, dan membantu membentuk ekosistem penggunaan belt pada otomotif dengan cara bekerja sama dengan pabrikan otomotif Kata kunci: CVT, Sistem Dinamis, Skuter Otomatis, Sepeda Motor Listrik, Electric Vehicle
