Abstract

This objective of this research is to know the influence of the socialization of the program of “7 Habits” towards the learning attitude of the students in Blossom Primary School in West Jakarta, November 2016 to June 2017. The type of this research is causal explanation. The independent and dependent variables of this research are the socialization of 7 habits program (X) and attitude changing (Y). This reserach was conducted in Blossom Primary School from November 2016 to June 2017. The data collection of this reserach used the questionaire survey which were given to the students of primary 4, 5 and 6 in Blossom School. The method used in this reserach was Quantitative Reserach with Questionaire survey. The data analysis technique used Likert Scale and Hypotesis Experiment. The conclusions of this reserach are (1) H0:p = 0, which means the socialization of the 7 habits program was not influential towards the attitude changing. (2) H1:p ≠ 0, which means the socialization of 7 habits program has negative influence towards the attitude changing if T hitung < t tabel , so H0 was accepted, the socialization of 7 habits program was not influential towards the attitude changing. T hitung > T tabel so H1 was accepted, the 7 Habits program socialization was influential towards the attitude changing. Kata Kunci: Program, Sosialisasi, 7 Habits, Sikap Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh program sosialisasi “7 Habits” terhadap perubahan sikap dalam belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Swasta Blossom School di Jakarta Barat periode November 2016 – Juni 2017. Tipe Penelitian ini bersifat eksplanasi kausal. Variabel bebas dan terikat pada penelitian ini antara lain Program Sosialisasi 7 Habits (X), Perubahan Sikap (Y). Penelitian dilakukan di SDS Blossom School pada Bulan November 2016 – Juni 2017. Pengumpulan dan Penelitian ini menggunakan survey yang disebar pada kelas 4, 5 dan 6 SDS Blossom School. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif jenis metode survey yaitu metode penelitian yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner (questionnaire method). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Skala Likert dan Uji Hipotesis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) H0:p = 0, berarti program sosialisasi 7 habits tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan sikap. (2) H1:p ≠ 0, berarti program sosialisasi 7 habits berpengaruh negatif terhadap perubahan sikap Jika T hitung < t tabel maka H0 diterima, program sosialisasi 7 habits tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan sikap. T hitung > t tabel maka H1 diterima, program sosialisasi 7 habits berpengaruh terhadap perubahan sikap. Key words: Program, Socialization, 7 Habits, Attitude
