Abstract

This research aimed to know the effect of psychological work environment, transformational leadership and career development on employee performance at PT. AngkasaPura II (persero) Soekarno-Hatta. Object of this research was PT. AngkasaPura II (persero) employees at Soekarno-Hatta. It was conducted to 78 respondents by using quantitive descriptive approach. Statistical analysis in multiple linear regression tests was employed as data analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, transformational leadership and career development variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, psychological work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. AngkasaPura II (persero) Soekarno-Hatta. It has been proven from the result of (f) simultaneous test and the result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between psychological work environment, transformational leadership and career development on employees performance at PT. AngkasaPura II (persero) Soekarno–Hatta. Keywords: Psychic Work Environment, Transformational Leadership, Career Development, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja psikis, kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Soekarno-Hatta. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Karyawan Angkasa Pura II (persero) di Soekarno-Hatta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 78 responden, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisisstatistikdalamujiregresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variable kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja psikis berpengaruh negative dan significan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Soekarno-Hatta. Ini telah dibuktikan dari hasil (f) uji simultan dan hasil (t) parsial menunjukkan poin signifikan dari tiga variable independen yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh simultan antara lingkungan kerja psikologis, kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura II (persero) Soekarno – Hatta. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Psikis, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Karyawan.
