Abstract
This study aims to determinate the effect of the quality of learning and physical evidence on the quality of graduates and the implications for the decision to choose. This research was conducted at SMKN 22 Jakarta School. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 77 students in the 2019/2020 school year. The method used in this study is a two-way analysis. In the first track, look at the influence of the quality of learning and physical evidence on the quality of graduates. In the second track, it looks at the effect of the quality of learning and physical evidence on the decision to choose through the quality of graduates. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the quality of learning and physical evidence has a significant effect on the quality of graduates; (2) the quality of learning does not have a significant effect on the decision to choose, but physical evidence and the quality of graduates have a significant effect on the decision to choose; (3) the quality of learning and physical evidence significantly influence the decision to choose indirectly through the quality of graduates. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran dan bukti fisik terhadap kualitas lulusan serta implikasinya terhadap keputusan memilih. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah SMKN 22 Jakarta. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelajar tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 77 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dua jalur. Pada jalur pertama melihat pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran dan bukti fisik terhadap kualitas lulusan. Pada jalur kedua melihat pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran dan bukti fisik terhadap keputusan memilih melalui kualitas lulusan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas pembelajaran dan bukti fisik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas lulusan; (2) kualitas pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih, namun bukti fisik dan kualitas lulusan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih; (3) kualitas pembelajaran dan bukti fisik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih secara tidak langsung melalui kualitas lulusan.
