Abstract

Based on EPI data, Indonesia ranks 116th out of a total of 180 countries in the world. This EPI ranking shows data on a country with a success rate in overcoming environmental challenges. The data process was carried out using 2 methods, namely qualitative methods by analyzing statistical data using RII with green building and value engineering as a means of simulation. Application in the work analyzed will be carried out through a VE workshop study and implementation of green building methods. The results of the statistical analysis of RII show that Fcount> Ftable means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, where there is a significant relationship between green building methods and value engineering with façade work in high-rise hotels. While the results of the value and function engineering of the facade work through a case study analysis where the percentage of façade work is ≤ 6.21%, with the use of PhotoVoltaic (PV) material as much as 100% (1st floor to 10th floor) from 2 sides of the wall surface. facade (east and west) can produce ± 1,050 KVA of electricity from Solar Power Plant and can reduce electricity use from PLN by 991 KVA, from the total electricity demand of hotels which reach 2,041 KVA, meaning that it reduces by 47.32%. KEYWORDS : Budget Hotel; Façade; Green Building; Relative Important Index; Value Engineering Berdasaran data EPI, Indonesia menempati rangking ke-116 dari total 180 negara di dunia ini. Peringkat EPI ini menunjukkan data suatu negara dengan tingkat keberhasilan dalam mengatasi tantangan lingkungan. Proses data dilakukan dengan 2 metode, yaitu metode kualitatif dengan melakukan analisa statistik data menggunakan RII dengan penelitian berbasis green building dan value engienering sebagai alat untuk simulasinya. Penerapan dalam pekerjaan yang dianalisa akan dilakukan melalui kajian workshop VE dan implementasi metode green building. Hasil dari analisa statistik RII didapatkan Fhitung > Ftabel artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, dimana terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara metode green building dan value engineering dengan pekerjaan façade pada hotel bertingkat tinggi. Sedangkan hasil dari rekayasa nilai dan fungsi pada pekerjaan facade melalui analisa studi kasus dimana persentase pekerjaan façade sebesar ≤ 6,21%, dengan adanya penggunaan material PhotoVoltaic (PV) sebanyak 100% (lantai 1 s/d lantai 10) dari 2 sisi permukaan dinding facade (timur dan barat) dapat menghasilkan ± 1.050 KVA listrik dari PLTS, dan dapat mereduksi penggunaan listrik dari PLN sebesar 991 KVA, dari total kebutuhan listrik hotel yang mencapai 2.041 KVA, artinya mereduksi sebesar 47,32%.
