Abstract

This research is to find out the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin to company value (PER) in agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The selection of samples used in this research used a saturated sample method and obtained 12 companies as samples. Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A more appropriate methode is random effect. From the result of the research obtained the adjusted R-Square value 32,03%. Partially it shows that only the current ratio variable has a negative and not significant effect and return on assets that have a positive and significant impact on firm value (PER). Keyword : company value, price earning ratio, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan return on asset terhadap nilai perusahaan (PER) pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 12 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah random effect. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai adjusted R-Square sebesar 32,03 %. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa hanya variabel current ratio yang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan sedangkan variabel debt equity ratio dan total asset turnover secara parsial memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan serta net profit margin yang memiliki penagrus negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PER).
