Abstract
The world's electricity consumption continues to increase, including in Indonesia where the average electricity consumption rises 6.86% per year. In line with the ever-increasing production needs of companies needing more electrical energy during these electrical disturbances often occur due to power shortage therefore the company proposes the investment of the construction of substations 150kv Expected to improve the reliability of electrical energy supply. This research was conducted to analyze the value of investment carried by tire companies using historical data and company forecast using technical method of economics to analyze its financial. Based on the calculation result with Payback period (PP) and Discounted Payback Period generates a period of 5.35 years and 7.29 years. Meanwhile, in the calculation of net present value (NPV) obtained positive results in the 7th year of Rp 20.215.464.797,79, using a interest rate of 11%. In the calculation of internal rate of return (IRR), the result of 11.64 % can be concluded that the project return is greater than the minimum attractive rate of return (MARR) of the company by 10.77 % of the Bank Indonesia interest rate. Then based on the sensitivity analysis gained that the lower the interest rate on this projec t then the faster the return on the project's investment, and vice versa. Overall analysis of the scenario stated that the investment is worthy to run because it brings profit directly to the company. Keywords : Payback Period, Net Present Value, I Internal Rate of Return (IRR), B/C Ratio Konsumsi energi listrik dunia terus mengalami peningkatan, termasuk di indonesia dimana konsumsi listrik rata-rata naik 6,86% pertahun.
