Abstract

This thesis analyzes the factors that cause errors in the delivery of goods from the warehouse by taking a case study at PT. Propan Raya ICC. This study aims to identify the factors that cause errors in the delivery of goods from the warehouse using the Fishbone Analysis and Keywords: Error Shipping, Warehouse, Fish Bone Analysis, FMEA Analysis FMEA Analysis methods. The impact of the shipping error from the warehouse causes the retransmission to the customer to be carried out, causing retransmissions to the customer. Additional costs for this reshipment cause the warehouse to require additional re-arrangement, loading on truck / containes and unloading the wrong return , causing the shipping department to look for trucking / expeditions to resend and withdraw the wrong items, causing the sales / sales department to inform the schedule of returning the appropriate items to the customer. Tesis ini menganalisa tentang faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesalahan pengiriman barang dari gudang dengan mengambil studi kasus di PT. Propan Raya ICC Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesalahan Analysis. pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Kesalahan Pengiriman , Gudang , Fish Bone Analysis, FMEA Analysis pengiriman barang dari gudang dengan menggunakan metode Fishbone Analysis dan FMEA Dampak dari kesalahan pengiriman dari gudang menyebabkan harus dilakukannya pengiriman ulang ke pelanggan, menyebabkan harus dilakukannya pengiriman ulang ke pelanggan.biaya tambahan untuk reshipment ini , menyebabkan pihak gudang memerlukan tambahan waktu untuk re-arrangement, melakukan loading on truck/containes dan unloading return yang salah, menyebabkan pihak shipping department harus mencari lagi trucking/ekspedisi untuk mengirim ulang dan menarik barang yang salah tersebut, menyebabkan pihak sales/bagian penjualan harus menginformasikan schedule pengiriman kembali barang yang Kata Kunci : Kesalahan Pengiriman , Gudang , Fish Bone Analysis, FMEA Analysis
