Abstract
Park and ride facilities in need of good design to attract users vehicles to penggguna vehicles of mass-based in an effort to help the Government through a system of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is good to reduce the traffic congestion in big cities such as Jakarta, to support the optimal thing then there are some things that should be known i.e. user capacity for 5 years in keeping the needs of users are increasing every year, and the conditions connectivity park and ride against other public transit is very influential to the comfort will access to the park and ride and comfort will be it's own parking facility users must be the glaring discrepancy with the units of parking spaces (SRP) Directorate General of Land Transportation 1996. This research aims to know the will of optimization facilities park and ride station Sudimara, South Tangerang, Banten. Using quantitative methods, with direct Observation with a meter and the observation sheet then it can be compared to SRP in hopes of knowing things that become deficient will park and ride facilities to optimize park and ride from sudimara station in the future. Keywords : TOD, Parking, Park and Ride Fasilitas park and ride membutuhkan desain yang baik untuk menarik pengguna kendaraan pribadi ke penggguna kendaraan berbasis masal sebagai upaya membantu pemerintah dalam menjalani sistem Transit Oriented Development (TOD) yang baik untuk mengurangi kemacetan di kota besar seperti Jakarta, untuk menunjang hal tersebut menjadi optimal maka ada beberapa hal yang harus diketahui yaitu kapasitas pengguna untuk 5 tahun kedepan dalam menjaga kebutuhan akan pengguna yang bertambah setiap tahunnya, dan kondisi konektivitas park and ride terhadap angkutan umum lain sangat berpengaruh untuk kenyaman akan akses pada park and ride dan kenyamanan akan pengguna fasilitas parkir itu sendiri harus sesuaian dengan satuan ruang parkir (SRP) Dirjen Perhubungan Darat 1996. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akan pengoptimalan fasilitas park and ride pada stasiun Sudimara, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Menggunakan metode Kuantitatif, dengan Observasi langsung dengan alat meteran dan lembar observasi maka dapat dibandingkan dengan SRP dengan harapan dapat mengetahui hal-hal yang menjadi kekurangan akan fasilitas park and ride untuk mengoptimalkan park and ride stasiun sudimara kedepannya.
