Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Compensation, Work Load, and Work Discipline on the Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT Surya Rengo Containers. The population of all employees of the department of production PT Surya Rengo Containers, whereas sampling technique incidental using the Solving formula found 98 sample respondents. Data collection techniques used is observation, interview and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, F test, T test and coefficient of determination. The result of the research that was used is SPSS 23. The results of this study showed that compensation has a positive effect but not significant to job satisfaction, workload has a positive effect but not significant on job satisfaction, and labor discipline and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Work Load, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Surya Rengo Containers. Populasi seluruh karyawan departemen produksi PT Surya Rengo Containers, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampling isendental dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang ditemukan 98 responden sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier ganda, uji F, uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.
