Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the discipline, work environment and compensation of telesales officer PT. Bank Permata, TBk. towards work performance by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected from 99 respondents of the employee of PT. Bank Permata, TBk. Data analysis in this study use alternative methods of structural equation modeling (SEM) which is partial least square (PLS). The first phase of the current study is to validate each variable’s question as well as it’s reliabilities. The second phase is to test the relationships among discipline, work environment and compensation towards work performance. The outcomes of this present study have shown that the dicipline and compensation have positive and significant effects while the work environment although has positive effect, however, it was not significant enough. Keywords: Work Performance, Discipline, Work Environment And Compensation Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada telesales officer pada PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 99 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Bank Permata, Tbk. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sementara variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan.
