Abstract

The research aims to know the influence of work environment, motivation and work skill on employee work productivity. The object of the research is all employes at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Jakarta Unit Minangkabau. The research was conducted on 45 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The analysis used is statistics in the form of multiple linear regression tests with SPSS version 23. The result of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, work environment, and work skill variables effect on work employee productivity while motivation has not significant effect on employee work productivity. Keywords : work environment, motivation, work skill, work productivity Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan, motivasi dan keterampilan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan pada PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi yang berlokasi di Jakarta Unit Minangkabau. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel lingkungan dan keterampilan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sedangkan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata kunci : lingkungan, motivasi, keterampilan kerja, produktivitas kerja karyawan
