Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Investment Decisions, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), and Dividend Policy on Firm Value. This research was conducted at the industrial manufacturing company Property and Real Estate sub-sector which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique used in this study is Purposive Sampling. The sample used was 13 companies in 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the investment opportunity set has a significant effect on firm value, while investment decisions and dividend policies do not have a significant effect on firm value in the Property and Real Estate manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. Keywords: Investment Decision, Investment Opportunity Set, Dividend Policy, and Company Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur industry sub sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 13 perusahaan pada tahun 2013-2017. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa investment opportunity set berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur industri sub sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Kata kunci : Keputusan Investasi, Invesment Opportunity Set, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Nilai Perusahaan.
