Abstract

Vibration is one of the important parameters in engine maintenance at the present time. But the vibrational phenomenon that occurs, both free vibration and forced vibration, is still very difficult in the reward by students who take the field of machine vibration studies. In this test the author conducted a test on a 4 stroke 100cc engine vibration testing instrument as an experimental tool to determine the phenomenon of vibration forces. The method is done by using three different angles. In this test the vibration measurement is done by using Ono Sokki Vibration Analyzer, with a Magnetic Sensor accelometer. The research was conducted at the Vibration Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering Study Program at the University of Mecu Buana. after the frequency of each each vibration is obtained, the writer will validate the results with the matlab program. From the research conducted the authors can conclude as follows: The 0 degree angle has a frequency of 40Hz and has an amplitude of 0.0574 cm, a 2 degree angle h at the greater the occurrence of misalignment, the greater the frequency, and the unbalace force passed to the foundation of the machine is 181.16 N Keywords: Forced Vibration, Vibration Analyzer, Magnetic Sensor, Matlab Getaran merupakan salah satu parameter penting dalam pemliharaan mesin pada saat sekarang ini. Namun fenomena getaran yang terjadi, baik itu getaran bebas maupun getaran paksa, masih sangat sulit di pahamin oleh mahasiswa yang mengambil bidang studi ilmu getaran mesin. Dalam pengujian ini penulis melakukan pengujian pada alat uji coba getaran mesin 4 stroke 100cc sebagai alat eksperimen untuk mengetahui fenomena gaya getaran. Metode dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga sudut yang berbeda, Dalam pengujian ini pengukuran getaran dilakukan dengan alat Vibration Analyzer Ono Sokki, dengan alat Magnetic Sensor accelometer. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Vibrasi Prodi Teknik Mesin Universitas Mecu Buana. setelah frekuensi tiap masing-masing getaran didapat, maka penulis akan menvalidasi hasilnya dengan program matlab. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: Sudut 0 derajat memiliki frekuensi 40Hz dan memiliki amplitude 0,0574 cm, sudut 2 derajat memiliki frekuensi 100Hz dan amplitude 10,52 cm, sudut 3 derajat memiliki frekuensinya 138Hz dan amplitude 9,113 cm, dan sudut 4 derajat memiliki frekuensi 176Hz dan amplitude 15,57 cm. dari setiap masing – ma didapat bahwa semakin besar terjadinya misalignment maka akan besar juga frekuensinya, dan memiliki gaya unbalace yang diteruskan ke fondasi mesin adalah Kata Kunci: Getaran Teredam Paksa, Vibration Analyzer, Magnetic Sensor, Matlab
