Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on the value of the company. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange between 2013-2017. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 55 data from 11 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of two variables, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity has a significant positive effect on firm value, leverage does not affect the value of the company, disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not affect the value of the company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia antara tahun 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 data dari 11 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014-2017 yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari dua variable yaitu variable dependen dan variable independen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai Perusahaan, Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, nilai perusahaan.
