Abstract

Title: Comparative Analysis of Flate Slab (Drop Panel) Structure System, Flate Plate and Conventional Plates, Name: Danis Eko Santoso, Nim: 41114120024, Supervisor: Jef Franklyn Sinulingga, ST. MT. , 2018. Flat plate and flat slab (with panel drop) are two-way plate types without beams that directly support the column. Flat plates and flat slabs can reduce the height of the structure and construction time. However, a flat plate and a flat plate need a larger plate than to deal with deflection and sliding punching. While conventional plates are plates with beams that are often found in buildings in general, namely plates that are supported by beams before then from the plate is transferred to the column or foundation. In this final project, a 5 story reinforced concrete structure will be reviewed with a span of 5.5 x 6 m. And will be compared to the volume of concrete, the ratio of reinforcement and cost of the design. The analysis and design was carried out with the help of the ETABS V9.2.0 program with dead loads, super dead loads, life and earthquakes (equivalent static). Keywords : flat plate, flat slab, drop panel, conventional plate Judul : Analisis Perbandingan Sistem Struktur Flate Slab (Drop Panel), Flate Plate Dan Pelat Konvensional, Nama : Danis Eko Santoso , Nim : 41114120024, Dosen Pembimbing : Jef Franklyn Sinulingga, ST. MT. , 2018. Flat plate dan flat slab (dengan drop panel) merupakan jenis pelat dua arah tanpa balok yang langsung menumpu pada kolom. Flat plate dan flat slab dapat mengurangi ketinggian struktur dan waktu pengerjaan konstruksi. Namun, flat plate dan flat slab membutuhkan pelat yang lebih tebal dari biasanya untuk mengatasi lendutan dan punching shear. Sedangkan Pelat konvensional merupakan pelat dengan balok yang sering dijumpai pada bangunan pada umumnya, yaitu pelat yang ditumpu oleh balok sebelum kemudian beban dari pelat tersebut ditransfer ke kolom atau pondasi . Dalam tugas akhir ini, suatu struktur beton bertulang 5 lantai akan ditinjau dengan bentang 5.5 x 6 m . Dan akan dibandingkan volume beton, rasio tulangan dan biaya dari ketiga desain. Analisis dan desain dilakukan dengan bantuan program ETABS V9.2.0 dengan memperhitungkan akibat beban mati, super dead load, hidup, dan gempa (statik ekuivalen). Kata Kunci: flat plate, flat slab, drop panel, pelat konvensional
