Abstract
Consumers of motorcycles in Indonesia each year are increasing. This encourages the two-wheeler manufacturers to meet the needs of consumers with the manufacture of vehicles on time. Based on the data problem of the biggest customer problem that occurs on Delay Delivery with 67% percentage that originated in Line Welding Robot so that the quantity of the number of shipments to the Customer is not met. Based on the problems that occur field observations associated with Cycle Time, Transportation Time, and conducted Lead Time calculations. after the observation is done literature study and determined by using Value Stream Mapping in identifying the Waste that occurred on the Mainstand 2DF line. Then after the identification done Improvement is using Relayout. The results of this study are as a variable research value of Lead Time prior to Improvement Relayout that is 12 days, after Relayout down to 6 days or down 50%. After the Improvement done the production has not reached the target with an hourly average of 22.18 Part per hour with a target of 24 parts per hour, average yield per day is 343,81 part per day with target of 372 part per day, the average production per month is 7220,60 part per month with target of 8184 part per month. there is an increase and the achievement of the target of the delivery performance in line with the decline in Lead Time value is in October of 99.5%, November at 100%, and December 2017 of 100%. Keyword: Value Stream Mapping, Waste, Mainstand 2DF, Welding Robot, Improvement, Delivery, Production Output Konsumen kendaraan roda dua di indonesia setiap tahunnya semakin meningkat. Hal ini mendorong produsen kendaraan roda dua berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan pembuatan kendaraan yang tepat waktu. Berdasarkan data problem dari Customer problem terbesar yaitu terjadi pada Delay Delivery dengan persentase 67% yang bersumber pada Line Welding Robot sehingga secara kuantitas jumlah pengiriman ke Customer tidak terpenuhi. Berdasarkan problem yang terjadi dilakukan observasi lapangan yang terkait dengan Cycle Time, Transportation Time, dan dilakukan perhitungan Lead Time. setelah dilakukan observasi maka dilakukan studi literatur dan ditentukan dengan menggunakan Value Stream Mapping dalam mengidentifikasi Waste yang terjadi pada line Mainstand 2DF. Kemudian setelah di identifikasi dilakukan Improvement yaitu menggunakan Relayout. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebagai Variabel penelitian nilai Lead Time sebelum dilakukan Improvement Relayout yaitu 12 hari, setelah dilakukan Relayout turun menjadi 6 hari atau turun 50%. Setelah dilkakukan Improvement hasil produksi belum mencapai target dengan rata-rata perjam yaitu 22,18 Part perjam dengan target 24 part perjam, hasil produksi rata-rata perhari yaitu 343,81 part perhari dengan target 372 part perhari, hasil produksi rata-rata perbulan yaitu 7220,60 part perbulan dengan target 8184 part perbulan. terjadi peningkatan dan pencapaian target dari performa pengiriman dengan seiring penurunan nilai Lead Time yaitu pada bulan Oktober sebesar 99,5%, November sebesar 100%, dan Desember 2017 sebesar 100% .
