Abstract

This research aims to determine the empirical evidence The Impact of Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and the Company Size to Value Company in Company Index Kompas 100. The object of this research is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publishes at 2014 until 2016, Samples were taken using pur posive sampling method, resulting in 95 sample. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative, therefore the analysis used in multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 2.0. The results of this research indicate the variables Institutional Ownership, Return On Equity, and Company Size has effect on Price Book Value. Variables Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, dan Leverage has not effect on Price Book Value. The amount of determination of the case (adjusted R2) of 29.7%, which means Price Book Value by independent variables, while the remaining 70.3% explained by other variables that are not proposed in the research. Keywords : Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Equity (ROE), Leverage (DER), Company Size, and Price Book Value (PBV). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Leverage (DER), Return on Equity ROE), dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Kompas 100 Periode Februari 2014 – Januari 2017. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang terbit pada tahun 2014 hingga 2016. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling, menghasilkan 95 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, oleh karena itu analisis yang digunakan dalam analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 2.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Kepemilikan Institusional, Return On Equity (ROE), Leverage (DER), dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Price Book Value (PBV). Variabel Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh pada Price Book Value (PBV). Jumlah penentuan kasus (adjusted R2) sebesar 29,7%, yang berarti Price Book Value (PBV) oleh variabel independen, sedangkan sisanya 70,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diusulkan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Equity (ROE), Leverage (DER), Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Price Book Value (PBV).
