Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Authentic Leadership, Workload, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance. The object of this research is employees of PT. Honey Nusantara Travelindo. The population in this study amounted to 60 consist of employees of PT. Honey Nusantara Travelindo. The result of this research using quantitative descriptive approach with non probability Samplng using Sampling saturation. Data collection using questionnaire and then data in analysis by using multiple linear regression. Data management for statistical tests is done with SPSS 23 program.The results of this study indicate that Authentic Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, while the workload has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance PT. Honey Nusantara Travelindo. Keywords: Authentic Leadership, Workload, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Autentik, Beban Kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Honey Nusantara Travelindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 terdiri dari karyawan PT. Honey Nusantara Travelindo . Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kuantitatifdengan non probability Samplng menggunakan jenuh Sampling. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan kuisioner dan selanjutnya data di analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengelolahan data untuk uji statistik dilakukan dengan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Autentik, Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Honey Nusantara Travelindo. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Autentik, Beban Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Karyawan.
