Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the influence of incentive and work motivation on the employee performance. The object for this research are employee of General Affairs and Human Resources Directorate of Head Office BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta using probability sample, in order to obtain a sample of 95 employees. The approach used in this research is analytical descriptive using SPSS 20. The result showed that incentive and work motivation provide a positive and significant influence of employee performance. Keywords: incentive, work motivation, employee performance, SPSS 20. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Direktorat Umum dan SDM Kantor Pusat BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta, dengan menggunakan sampel probabilitas sebagai teknik penentuan sampel, sehingga diperoleh 95 karyawan sebagai sampel. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa insentif dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: insentif, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan, SPSS 20.
