Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of job stress, emotional intelligence, and communication on employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of research is all employees working in PT Prakarsa Mitra Andalan with the respondent amounted to 50 employees. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS. The results showed job stress does not give effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence significant positive effect on employee performance. Communication significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Stress, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kecerdasan emosional, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Prakarsa Mitra Andalan dengan responden sebesar 50 karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Komunikasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
