Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Lotus Mas This research object is the employees of the operator division (mixing) PT. Lotus Mas. The population in this study was 324 employees. Sampling uses the Slovin formula as many as 179 respondents. The method in this study is to use a questionnaire. Sampling uses the Random Sampling method. The results of the parsia test (t test) show that the variable work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Keyword: Work Discipline, Work Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lotus Mas. Objek penilitan ini adalah para karyawan divisi operator (mixing) PT. Lotus Mas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 324 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 179 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Random Sampling. Hasil uji parsia (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.
