Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of distributive justice, workload, and perception of organizational support to the employee performance at PT Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia. Population in this research is employee of PT Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia Courier which amounts 87 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 87 employees. Sampling method using Saturated Sample. Methods Data analysis in this study using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study prove that distributive justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Perceptions of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Distributive Justice, Workload, Perceived Organizational Support, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan distributif, beban kerja, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian Kurir PT Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia yang berjumlah 87 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 87 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sample Jenuh. Metode Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Keadilan Distributif, Beban Kerja, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
