Abstract
his study is to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on teacher performance. The object of this research is the teacher in Mandiri Insan Vocational High School. This study was conducted on 42 Teachers. Using causality research with a quantitative approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis using partial least square ver 3.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation variables have a positive effect but have no significant effect on teacher performance, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance variables. This can be proven from the results of hypothesis testing, the motivation variable does not affect the teacher's performance variable. Work environment and compensation variables have a significant effect on teacher performance variables. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Compensation, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 Guru. Menggunakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan menggunakan partial least square ver 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis, variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Guru
