Abstract
This research aimed to know the Influence of Training Individual characteristics and work motivation to Employee performance of Hi-lex Indonesia, PT. this research using quantitative-descriptive approach. The research population was all permanent employees that have been working for more than a year in Hi-lex Indonesia, PT totaling 42 people, all of them were sampled, so research is a saturated sample. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in the location research study. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that training does not effect postive and significant impact on employee performance of Hi-lex Indonesia, PT. Individual characteristics does positive and significant impact on employee performance of Hi-lex Indonesia, PT. Work motivation does not positive and significant impact on employee performance of Hi-lex Indonesia, PT. Keywords: Training, Individual Characteristics, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, karakteristik individu, motivasi kerja dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Hi-lex Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun di PT. Hi-lex Indonesia yang berjumlah 42 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel sehingga penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan sampel jenuh. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada responden di lokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis mengunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hi-lex Indonesia. Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hi-lex Indonesia. Dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.
