Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment to organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. The population in this study is the employees of PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta, with a sample of 93 respondents. The data analysis used is the validity, reliability multiple linear regression analysi t test and f test using SPSS 23. The result of simultaneous research shows that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. Partially, job satisfaction variable, organizational commitment and work environment have positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work environment, organizational citizenship behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di PT.
