Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Capital Structure, Growth Opportunity and Return on Equity on the firm value. The object of this research is consumer good industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016 periode. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling method, from 11 population company acquired as many 9 samples of companies that meet the research criteria, so that data sample of 4 data with 5 years of observation. The result showed that Capital Structure, Growth Opportunity and Return on Equity significantly inlfluence the firm value simultaneously. Capital Structure significant effect on firm value partially. Growth Opportunity does not effect on firm value partially. Return on Equity significant effect on firm value partially. Keywords: Capital Structure, Growth Opportunity, Return on Equity, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Structure, Growth Opportunity dan Return On Equity Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dari 11 jumlah populasi perusahaan maka diperoleh sebanyak 9 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Sehingga data sampel sebanyak 45 data dengan tahun pengamatan selama 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Capital Structure, Growth Opportunity dan Return On Equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara simultan. Capital Structure berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial. Growth Opportunity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial. Return on Equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial. Kata Kunci: Capital Structure, Growth Opportunity, Return On Equity, Nilai Perusahaan
