Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Compensation, Leadership, Job Stress and Work Environment on Turnover Intention on employees of PT Towers Watson Indonesia. The data used are primary data by using questionnaires and secondary data from internal company. Data were analyzed using SPSS previously known as Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 20. This research used explanatory research design with quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT Towers Watson Indonesia and the number of samples in this study was 45 respondents. The results of the study show that Compensation and Leadership has a negative and significant influence on employee Turnover Intention, Job Stress has a positive and significant influence on employee Turnover Intention, while Work Environment has negative but insignificant influence on employee Turnover Intention. Partially, Leadership variable is the most influential variable to Turnover Intention. From this study, Adjusted R Square value is 0,607, meaning that 60,7% Turnover Intention variable can be explained by variation in variable of Compensation, Leadership, Job Stress and Work Environment, the rest of 49,3% is explained by other variables in beyond this study. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership, Job Stress, Work Environment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran dari Kompensasi, Kepemimpina, Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan perusahaan konsultan PT Towers Watson Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari internal perusahaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS yang sebelumnya dikenal dengan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences versi 20. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian penjelasan dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Towers Watson Indonesia dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 responden. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dari karyawan, Stres Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dari karyawan, sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dari karyawan. Secara parsial, variabel Kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,607, yang artinya bahwa 60,7% Variabel Turnover Intention bisa dijelaskan oleh variasi dalam variabel Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja, sisanya sebesar 49,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
