Abstract
This research has an objective to determite the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work engagement to work effectiveness. This research use quantitative descriptive method by developing the questionairre to 74 employee of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kramat Branch Office. Therefore, the data has been analysed use statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The research show that partially and simultaneously, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and work engagement to work effectiveness in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kramat Branch Office. Which has been proved based on the result of simultaneous test of F (Test F) and partial test result (Test t) also shows significant value of three independent variables supporting hypothesis. Therefore the result of this research revealed that there is an influence simultaneously between the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work engagement to work effectiveness in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kramat Branch Office. Keywords: leadership style, organizational culture, work engagement, work effectiveness Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan keterikatan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kramat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 74 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan keterikatan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kramat. Hal ini membuktikan dari hasil uji simultan F (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena ittu hasil uji penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, keterikatan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kramat.
