Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, and compensation for job satisfaction at Pt. The Great Kingdom Award which is located in Tangerang. The sample in this study were 30 employees using the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability and then analyzed by Partial Liest Square (PLS). The results of the analysis prove that motivation and work environment have no significant effect on job satisfaction while compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. while the work environment, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of this study have implications for motivation, work environment conditions, and employee compensation that need to be improved in order to increase job satisfaction and if employee job satisfaction performance will also increase employee performance will also increase. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Compensation for Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Pt. Anugerah Raya Agung yang bertempat di Tangerang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 karyawan dengan metode Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya kemudian dianalisis dengan Partial Liest Square (PLS). Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. sementara lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap motivasi, kondisi lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi karyawan yang perlu ditingkatkan guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan apabila kepuasan kerja pegawai meningkat maka kinerja pegawai juga akan meningkat. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.
