Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Quick Ratio (QR), to stock price. The object for this research is Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2014-2016. This research was conducted using quantitative method with total sample of research 12 companies were determined by purposive sampling method. Method of hypothesis coefficient of determination, using statistical t-test, and multiple linear regression. This research use Net Profit Margin (X1), Total Assets Turnover (X2), and Quick Ratio (X3) as independen variable and stok price as dependent variable. The result of this research are Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant positive effect on stock price, Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has no effect and not significant on stock price, Quick Ratio (QR) has a negative and significant effect on stock price. Keyword: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Quick Ratio (QR), and Stock price. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), dan Quick Ratio (QR) terhadap Harga Saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Food and Beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2014-2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakanmetode kuantitatif dengan total sampel penelitian 12 perusahaan yang ditentukan melalui metode purposive sampling. Metode penguji hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi, uji t-statistik, dan regresi linear berganda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Net Profit Margin (X1), Total Assets Turnover (X2), dan Quick Ratio (QR) sebagai variabel independen dan Harga Saham sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sementara Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Quick Ratio (QR), berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kata kunci: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Quick Ratio (QR), dan Harga Saham.
