Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of disclosure corporate social responsibility, the size of the company and leverage to company value at manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). either simultaneously or partially Independent variables used in study are corporate social responsibility, the size of the company and leverage while the value of company as the dependent variable . Population in this research are manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The number of samples in accordance with the prescribed criteria is a many as 50 companies. Hypothesis testing shows that corporate social responsibility do not affect companny value, while the size of company and leverage effect to company value at manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2016. Keywords : disclousure corporate social responsibility (csr), the size of the company, leverage, company value (Tobin’s Q). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Ukuran perusahaan (size), Leverage terhadap Nilai perusahaan (Tobin’s Q) pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2016. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Ukuran perusahaan (size), Leverage dan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Banyaknya sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan adalah sebanyak 50. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan, variabel corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan ukuran perusahaan dan leverage memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdafatar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2013-2016.
