Abstract

The chair is a household or office furniture, as well as furniture available in public places that function as seating. Health can be interpreted as an effort to understand the problems faced in the health sector, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative as well as problems related to these elements by looking for evidence and carried out through certain steps that are scientific, systematic and logical) . Elderly is the final stage of the human life cycle. At this stage, the elderly will experience changes in physical and psychological conditions. This health chair for the elderly is expected to help maintain health for the elderly, so that the body remains in good shape and the health of the elderly remains optimal. Keywords: Chair, health, elderly Kursi merupakan sebuah perabotan rumah tangga atau kantor, maupun perabotan yang tersedia di tempat-tempat umum yang berfungsi sebagai tempat duduk. Kesehatan dapat diartikan sebagai suatu upaya untuk memahami permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam bidang kesehatan, baik promotif, preventif, kuratif maupun rehabilitatif serta masalah yang berkaitan dengan unsur tersebut dengan mencari bukti dan dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah tertentu yang bersifat ilmiah, sistematis dan logis). Lansia merupakan tahap akhir dari siklus kehidupan manusia. Pada tahap ini, lanjut usia akan mengalami perubahan-perubahan pada kondisi fisik maupun psikis. Kursi kesehatan untuk lansia ini diharapkan dapat membantu menjaga kesehatan untuk para lansia, supaya badan tetap tampil prima dan kesehatan lansia tetap optimal.
