Abstract

This research is to know the effect of training, organizational culture, achievement motivation to work productivity of PT Lion Super Indo Taman Palem. The purpose of research to analyze the influence of training on employee productivity, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee productivity, to analyze the influence of achievement motivation on employee productivity. The object of this research is permanent employee of PT Lion Super Indo Taman Palem which is located at J-sun Solar Garden block C-01 west Jakarta. This research was conducted on 35 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is SEM analysis in the form of smartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square). This research design uses a causal design. Measurement scale used likert scale. The data measurement technique used survey technique (questionnaire). The results of this study indicate that partially in the hypothesis test results that training has a negative and insignificant effect, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect, achievement motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee work productivity. This is evidenced in the table path coefficients of Original Sample, T Statistics and P Values. Keywords: training, organizational culture, achievement motivation, productivity Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Lion Super Indo Taman Palem. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Lion Super Indo Taman Palem yang berlokasi di permata taman surya block C-01 Jakarta barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 35 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM dalam bentuk smartPLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan skala likert. Teknik pengukuran data menggunakan teknik survei (kuesioner). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dalam hasil uji hipotesis bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dalam tabel path coefficients dari Original Sample, T Statistics dan P Values. Kata kunci: pelatihan, budaya organisasi, motivasi berprestasi, produktivitas
