Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Book Value (PBV) on Stock Price of Food and Beverages firms. The sample used in this research is 9 firms listed on the BEI during period 2012-2016. Data analysis used is linear regression analysis of panel data. The results of this research show that simultaneously the debt to equity ratio (DER), earning per share (EPS), and price book value (PBV) affect the stock price of food and beverages firms. Partially only variable price book value which have a significant positive effect to stock price of food and beverages firms listed on BEI year 2012-2016. Based on regression analysis,it can be concluded, on the increase in DER by one percent, will result in a decrease the stock price of 662,6097rupiahs. Based on t test, obtained a yield of 0,4092 or > 5% alpha indicating a rejection of H1and accept H0. Demonstrate the significance of the results which means there is a negative and significant relationship between DER on stock prices. Then,on the increase in EPS by one rupiah will result in a increase the stock price of 292,7676 rupiahs. Based on t test, obtained a yield of 0,1231 or > 5% alpha indicating a rejection of H1 and accept H0. Demonstrate the significance of the results which means there is a positive and no significant relationship between EPS on stock prices. And last, on the increase in PBV by one percent will result in a increase the stock prices of 11.247,28 rupiahs. Based on t test, obtained a yield of 0,0370 or < 5% alpha indicating an acception of H1and reject H0. Demonstrate the significance of the results which means there is a positive and significant relationshop between PBV on stock prices. Based on the coefficient of determination(R square) or the degree of contribution DER, EPS and PBV on stock prices, the results obtained 0,225355, showing that DER, EPS and PBV which is contribute by 22,53 %, and the remaining is 77,4645 % influence by other variables. Keywords: debt to equity ratio, earning per share, price book value, stock prices. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Book Value (PBV) terhadap harga saham perusahaan Food dan Beverages. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 perusahaan food dan beverages yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2012-2016. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER),Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Book Value berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan food dan beverages. Secara parsial hanya variabel price book value yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan food dan beverages yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Berdasarkan analisis regresi, dapat disimpulkan, pada peningkatan DER per satu, akan berakibat pada penurunan harga saham 662,6097 rupiah. Berdasarkan uji t, diperoleh hasil 0,4092 atau> 5% alpha yang menunjukkan penolakan H1 dan menerima H0. Menunjukkan signifikansi dari hasil yang berarti ada hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara DER pada harga saham. Kemudian, pada peningkatan EPS oleh seseorang akan menghasilkan kenaikan harga saham sebesar 292.7676 rupiah. Berdasarkan uji t, diperoleh hasil 0,1231 atau> 5% alpha yang menunjukkan penolakan H1 dan menerima H0. Menunjukkan signifikansi dari hasil yang berarti ada hubungan positif dan tidak signifikan antara EPS terhadap harga saham. Dan terakhir, pada peningkatan PBV dengan satu akan mengakibatkan kenaikan harga saham sebesar 11.247,28 rupiah. Berdasarkan uji t, diperoleh hasil 0,0370 atau <5% alpha yang menunjukkan penerimaan H1 dan menolak H0. Menunjukkan signifikansi dari hasil yang berarti ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara PBV pada harga saham. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R square) atau tingkat kontribusi DER, EPS dan PBV terhadap harga saham, diperoleh hasil 0,225355, menunjukkan bahwa DER, EPS dan PBV yang berkontribusi sebesar 22,53%, dan sisanya adalah 77,4645% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci : debt to equity ratio, earning per share, price book value, harga saham.
