Abstract

This study aims to determine the “Effect Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Assets (ROA) affect the Stock Price in the Food and Baverages Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2016. Mechanical sampling using purposive sampling and analysis techiques using panel data analysis. The results of the test partial test (t test) showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Assets (ROA) positive and significant impact on stock price. However, Current Ratio (CR) negative and no significant effect on stock price. And test results of simultaneous test (F test) showed that independent variables (Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets) have a significant effect on stock price. Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) dan Stock Price Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return On Assets (ROA) Terhadap Harga Saham pada Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode Tahun 2013-2016”. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis data panel. Hasil dari uji test parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sedangkan, Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Dan hasil uji test simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
