Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate social responsibility, investment opportunity set, leverage and firm size on firm value. The population in this study amounted to 48 companies property and real estate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with the study period 2013 to 2016. The sample is one of 140 annual reports of 35 companies property and real estate in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data is collected by downloading the Annual Report on BEI official website, www.idx.co.id. Data analysis to test hypothesis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that variable of investment opportunity set and leverage has a significant effect on Corporate Value. While the variable corporate social responsibility and size of the Company do not affect the Company Value. Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Leverage (LEV), Firm Size (SIZE) and Firm Value (Tobin’s Q). Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh corporate social responsibility, investment opportunity set, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 perusahaan properti dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode penelitian tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016. Sampel merupakan 140 laporan tahunan dari 35 perusahaan properti dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengunduh Laporan Tahunan di situs resmi BEI yaitu www.idx.co.id. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Investment Opportunity Set dan Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel Corporate Social Responsibility dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Leverage (LEV), Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE) dan Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin’s Q).
