Abstract

This research aims to know empirical evidence as for The Effect of Accounting Information and Non Accounting Information on Stock Prices on Consumer Goods Of Firm in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables to be analysised in this research namely current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER),return on asset (ROA), inventory turnover ratio (ITR), interest rate and inflation, as the independent variables while the stock price of the firm as the dependent variable. The population used in this study are consumer goods firm listed on the indonesian stock exchange in the period 2012-2015, as many as 38 firm consumer goods. Of the 38 firm listed, taken a sample of 22 firm by using purposive sampling method. The methods of analysis used multiple linear regression. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the website. The results of this experiment showed that return on asset (ROA) have partially affect the financial performance of the firm, but current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), inventory turnover ratio (ITR), interest rate, and inflation not have partially affect the financial performance of the firm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Informasi Akuntansi dan Informasi Non Akuntansi Terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Consumer Goods Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel-variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, inventory turnover ratio, tingkat suku bunga BI rate dan inflasi, sebagai variabel independen sedangkan harga saham perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2012-2015, yaitu sebanyak 38 perusahaan consumer goods. Dari 38 perusahaan yang terdaftar, diambil sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs www.idx.co.id dalam bentuk laporan keuangan perusahaan sampel yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa return on asset (ROA) yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan, sedangkan current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), inventory turnover ratio (ITR), tingkat suku bunga BI rate dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Harga Saham Perusahaan, Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Tingkat Suku Bunga BI rate dan Inflasi.
