Abstract
The process of building structure planning things that must be considered is the design because it involves the security of a building structurally. Structure calculations are done carefully, accurately and use special software for the calculation of structures and are done according to the rules in planning. Size of column dimensions, beam dimensions, dimensions of floor plates, types of reinforcement and types of steel profiles for roofs that are in accordance with the requirements or collapse of a building construction will provide a good contribution, efficient / not wasteful of material and optimal in the strength of the building structure. The accuracy in determining the building configuration will greatly affect the performance of the building during an earthquake. Then the structure of the building is expected to meet the specified level of performance when exposed to earthquake hazards. This design process is done by calculating the analysis before or preliminary design then checked with the help of ETABS and SAP200 software, with reference to SNI-03- 2847-2013 procedures for calculating concrete structures for buildings, SNI-03-1727- 2013 minimum load for design building, SNI-03-1729-2015 procedures for designing steel structures for buildings, SNI-03-1726-2012 earthquake resistance planning procedures for buildings. The design results show column dimensions, beam dimensions, dimensions of floor plate, type of reinforcement and type of steel roof truss profile. Effectiveness in determining the dimensions and types of materials is necessary, in order to obtain a safe and comfortable construction in accordance with the needs of the building's construction residents. Key words: Column Dimensions, Beam Dimensions, Dimensions of Lanti Plate, Reinforcement Type, Steel Roof Frame Profile Type Proses perencanaan struktur bangunan hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah desainnya karena menyangkut keamanan sebuah bangunan secara struktural. Perhitungan struktur dikerjakan secara teliti, akurat dan menggunakan software khusus untuk perhitungan struktur serta dikerjakan sesuai aturan-aturan dalam perencanaan. Ukuran dimensi kolom, dimensi balok, dimensi plat lantai, jenis tulangan dan jenis profil baja untuk atap yang sesuai denagan kebutuhan atau peruntuhan suatu konstruksi bangunan akan memberikan kontribusi yang baik, efisien/tidak boros material dan optimal dalam kekuatan struktur bangunan. Ketepatan dalam menentukan konfigurasi gedung akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja gedung sewaktu terjadinya gempa rencana. Kemudian struktur bangunan diharapkan memenuhi level performa yang ditetapkan saat terkena bahaya gempa bumi. Proses desain ini dilakukan dengan analisis hitung manuwal atau preliminary desain kemudian dicek denagn bantuan software ETABS dan SAP200, dengan mengacu pada SNI-03-2847-2013 tata cara perhitungan strukur beton untuk bangunan gedung, SNI- 03-1727-2013 beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan gedung, SNI-03-1729- 2015 tata cara perancangan struktur baja untuk bangunan gedung, SNI-03-1726-2012 tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk bangunan gedung. Hasil desain menunjukan dimensi kolom, dimensi balok, dimensi plat lantai, jenis tulangan dan jenis profil rangka atap baja. Keefektifan dalam menentukan dimensi dan jenis material sangan diperlukan, agar mendapatkan konstruksi yang aman dan nyaman sesuai dengan kebutuhan penghuni konstruksi bangungn tersebut.
