Abstract
This study aims to find out "The influence of transactional leadership style, work environment and work discipline on employee performance". The object of this research is PT. Coffee Anomalies. This research uses quantitative research method. This study used the method of sampling propotional random sampling with the respondents as many as 60 employees. Data analysis on this research using SPSS version 20. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership style of transactional positive but not significant to employee performance, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Transactional Leadership style has positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: transactional leadership style, work environment, work discipline and employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan”. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Anomali Coffee. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel propotional random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 60 karyawan. Analisis data pada penlitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkunga kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan
